Outlines: union of the fixed-orient tiles, with gaps narrower than ~12′ closed and holes dropped; one merged outline per program while all its fields are on, per-field outlines otherwise. Every tile: one WFI outline per mosaic tile (dithers omitted), from the STScI APT files via APT 2026.4.4 -export pointing. Orient: the survey step's OrientRange midpoint, or the region target's planned orient. Tiles with no orient constraint (dashed) follow the orient slider; press Apply after changing it.
