JWST program 2640 — NIRSpec MSA spectra of Westerlund 2

131 MSA sources, observation 001. All have a CLEAR/PRISM spectrum (0.6–5.3 μm, R~100); 47 also have G140M/F100LP (0.97–1.84 μm) and G395M/F290LP (2.87–5.10 μm) at R~1000. No G235M for this program -- see NIRSpec_2640_Spectra.py. Level-3 products from this project's own mastDownload/JWST/.

Interactive

Sky map
Aladin Lite over a wd2 NIRCam HiPS, with the real MSA shutter footprints. Hover for a spectrum preview, click for every figure and file for that source.
Zoomable spectra
Pan and zoom each 0.6-5.3 um spectrum. Detected lines are labelled per source; the full H2 / H I / He I / [Fe II] catalog can be overlaid. Line detections use R=1000 for the 47 sources with medium gratings and R~100 for the 84 PRISM-only sources.
Color-color and color-magnitude
Five CCDs and five CMDs over the wd2 photometry catalog as a static density background, with each spectroscopic source drawn twice: catalog photometry and photometry synthesized from its own spectrum.

Ice band depths are lower limits for the deeply embedded sources, whose bands absorb to the noise floor — see the _limit column. Line identifications exclude blends, ice-band absorption and (for the 47 sources with medium-resolution coverage) the grating-overlap zones; the flags are in the table if you want a different cut. 84 of 131 sources have PRISM only (R~100); line and ice-band measurements for those use a different resolving power than the 47 with G140M/G395M — see NIRSpec_2640_LineID.py's docstring.
